First Floor: includes a large lounge with great views of Trevone Bay, Madrips and the headland. 1 double bedroom overlooking the rear garden, a bunk bedroom and a bathroom.

Ground Floor: recently installed IKEA kitchen with dining area, looking on to Trevone Bay. A twin bedroom at the back with a door leading to rear garden. Downstairs shower room ideal for washing down after a day on the beach. Telephone point for incoming and emergency calls only.

Outside: includes drive with space to park 3 cars, outside tap with hose. To the rear is a sheltered garden, ideal for sunbathing and barbeques.
