Lounge: Offers views over Trevone Bay and headland. Facilities include flat screen TV (Digital Freeview TV & radio, with all the main channels BBC1, BBC2, ITV, channel 4, Channel 5 plus lots more), DVD player, video, and radio, and surround sound.

Bedrooms (3): 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Bright clean with wardrobes and dressing tables.

Bathrooms (2): include down stairs bathroom with shower and bathroom upstairs with bath.

Utility room:includes, washing machine and dryer.

Outside: secluded rear garden which includes gardening furniture, sun loungers, barbeque and tables.

Parking: Parking for up to 2 cars, with outside hose pipe to wash off wet suits, boards and sandy feet.
